Trellidor franchise owners from all over the African continent met at the Durban production facility early in December for a two-day workshop focussed on growth. It was a busy but fruitful two days and we came away with a clear road map to be implemented from January 2016, said CEO Terry Dennison.
The workshop gave us the opportunity to meet the Trellidor franchises owners on our continent. Some of them have been with Trellidor for many years while others are relatively new to the franchise network. I was very excited by the depth of talent, experience and enthusiasm in the group in spite of often working within difficult trading conditions.
Delegates from 15 African countries visited the Trellidor factory as well as some major suppliers. In the conference room they were taken through the Trellidor franchise model and held discussions on how to take their businesses forward in their unique environments.
I’m confident that we’re all clear on the growth path we’ve mapped out and how to get to where we plan to be. Terry has set ambitious targets for us, but I have no doubt that between the franchise network and my Head Office RSA and International teams we’ll get there, said Peter Rawson, Marketing and Sales Director.
