From the earliest days of the development of Trellidor as a thriving business over 40 years ago, the focus has been on providing a high level of service and satisfaction to our customers. Because happy customers lead to a healthy business. Trellidor franchises the world over still follow these principles.

Our franchises in South Africa and other countries around the world are not in competition with each other because they are all independent, owner-managed businesses with clearly defined trading areas.

Nevertheless, our annual awards results are eagerly awaited each financial year end. Knowing you have risen to the top amongst so many professional Trellidor teams is a real morale-booster, particularly during tough trading conditions.

For the purposes of the Trellidor awards, the Trellidor Franchise network is divided up into categories depending on the size of each franchise. Franchises of similar size compete for the top awards.

Taylor Blinds, part of the Trellidor Group, awards a ‘Champion of the Year’ based on sales of their product range by Trellidor franchises that supply their products.
