Trellidor Dolphin Coast wins national award
Every year Trellidor CEO Terry Dennison chooses a franchise from the RSA network as the recipient of the MD’s Award. It is never an easy task because there are always a number of worthy contenders. The award goes to the franchise that stood head and shoulders above the rest in a number of areas and this year it was presented to Trellidor Dolphin Coast, owned by Shaun Erasmus.
“Shaun and his team embody the true spirit of a Trellidor franchise, based on the Trellidor ethos of believing that every peace loving citizen has the right to be safe at home and work,” said Trellidor Marketing and Sales Director Peter Rawson.
Putting his vast Trellidor experience to good use
Shaun purchased his franchise area from previous owner Laird Anderson, who retained the North Durban region. He set up a brand new showroom and went on to make full use of his previous Trellidor experience. He was a well-respected installer at the Durban West franchise before moving to the Trellidor head office, where he was Design and Development Manager and an integral part of the team that developed the newly launched Trellidor Louvre Shutters.
Coming from a Trellidor installation and technical background, Shaun readily embraced the tried and tested systematic Trellidor method of owner-managing a franchise. He succeeded in taking his franchise area to new heights, growing the business at an incredible rate.
Securing Ballito and Dolphin Coast
The team has installed products across our range to consumers that appreciated their collective experience, guidance and professionalism. Many Ballito and Dolphin Coast homes and businesses have become safer places to live and work in.
Shaun would be the first to thank his wife Gayle, Laird Anderson and Jayshree Govender of the North Durban franchise, Paul van Blerk, our RSA Franchise Manager and Shaun’s own very special staff amongst other for helping him achieve this prestigious award.
Well done to Shaun and his staff from Terry and all the rest of the Trellidor team. It was a great effort under difficult trading circumstances. We look forward to their results in this next financial year.
