It’s true that you can’t please all people all the time, but there are loads of Trellidor franchises that are doing their best to prove that you can at least try.
We’ve had some really lovely stories recently about Trellidor staff going beyond what’s expected and share some of these here with you.
Trellidor Dolphin Coast delighted a Ballito customer enough to prompt him to write to them. He praised their staff for being friendly, helpful, professional and not forceful. The installers were prompt and efficient and the barriers look great.
This may be standard practise for Trellidor franchises, but sadly, many customers remark that such a high level of service is unusual today in other industries.
Trellidor Kempton Park received a similar email from a customer this month, while Trellidor Durbanville and Trellidor Montana had customers that took the time to record their praise on the Hellopeter.com website.
And if you missed our blog on how Trellidor George, along with other family members in this coastal town, helped a youngster regain mobility by sponsoring a prosthetic leg for him, then read all about it. It’s a great example of supporting members of one’s own community.
Trellidor Midrand came to the aid of the Child Welfare SA Sibusiso Midrand Safe House for abused, abandoned and neglected children. They installed a security gate at the home to help protect the residents and those that care for them.
The Child Welfare SA website notes that: “Sibusiso allows us to accommodate children in urgent need in a safe environment until an appropriate long term arrangement has been made for that child.”
The list of Trellidorians going out of their way to help where they can goes on, but we’ll share just one last one.
It’s about Trellidor head office staff member Ryno du Preez who just happened to be in the Pinetown area on a Saturday morning after a break-in.
The woman victim was so traumatised that Ryno removed a Trellidor gate from his own home and installed it at her home so that she’d be safe until the Trellidor Durban West team could install a new gate for her.
Durban West Franchise Owner Pragasen Govender said they were amazed at Ryno’s caring and kindness.
He extended his appreciation and gratitude for (Ryno’s) “noble actions, loyalty and dedication.”
