Trellidor was part of the 31 Club ladies golf day in March 2015, contributing to this NPO’s excellent work in raising funds for a wide range of charities and outreach programs in KZN. It was also a great opportunity to market Trellidor products to the 231 ladies that took part.
Trellidor branding on the tee boxes consisted of gazebos, a full product carousel including Poly Guard, table cloths, branded golf shirts worn by the Trellidor ambassadors, sun block/ lip balm gifts, golf towels, soft drinks and snacks, and a lucky draw prize for one golfer to the value of R15000 worth of Trellidor products.
The day was a huge success in all respects and we were happy to be part of it.
What is the 31 Club?
The 31 Club is a registered NPO formed in 1962 by Norma Rattray. It consists of 31 volunteers, hence the name, plus over 100 sleeping members that help at events. In 2014 they supported 51 charities and 10 outreach programs in the Durban area with R440 000 raised through functions such as this golf day.
An amazing 98% of the funds raised is distributed to the selected and monitored charities due to the support of their volunteers as well as generous sponsors. Funds are used to support the youth, elderly and dying, the physically challenged, animals and the environment.
