Trellidor's warranties are testimony to the confidence we have in the manufacturing and workmanship of all our products. By following our suggested maintenance regime you will ensure maximum longevity of your barriers and the full validity of our warranty.
Under warranty - even at the coast
All Trellidor barrier security systems carry a warranty in terms of quality, defective workmanship, materials and corrosion resistance, no matter where they're installed. Unlike many other companies, Trellidor extends this warranty to coastal regions on both internal and external fittings.
We're able to do this because our state-of-the-art powder coating process includes a pre-treatment process that significantly enhances our products' corrosion resistant properties, and many of our moving components are glass-filled nylon rather than steel, so there is little danger of rust.
Our warranty covers materials and workmanship, which from a company with almost 30 years experience gives you the reassurance and peace of mind you deserve. Remember to keep your receipted invoice in a safe place to use as evidence of your purchase should the need to claim arise after installation. Trellidor Retractable Security Products Trellidor Retractable T700, T800, T900 and T1000 all carry a warranty of 5 years inland and 3 years at the coast.
Trellidor Retractable T500 carries a warranty of 3 years inland and 1 year at the coast. |
Trellidor Fixed Security Products Trellidor Fixed T700, T800, T900 and T1000 all carry a warranty of 5 years inland and 3 years at the coast.
Trellidor Burglar Guard carries a warranty of 3 years inland and 1 year at the coast. |
Trellidor Cottage Guard Trellidor Cottage Guard units carry a warranty of 5 years inland and also at the coast. |
Trellidor Clear Guard Trellidor Clear Guard carries a warranty of 5 years both inland and at the coast, and 1 year on the hardware. |
Trellidor Rollerstyle Trellidor Rollerstyle carries a warranty of 1 year. |
